This next step is crucial, make sure the product is not made from farm-raised fish, a mixture of fishes and is not food grade. You’ll find that these products are made from fish that are highly polluted because of the waters they live in or they are bred.
Polluted fishes contain mercury, lead and other harmful contaminants that are passed on to you when you consume them.
How do you increase your chances of getting the natural, pure Omega-3’s? This may come to you as a shocker but don’t buy your fish oil from drug stores or stores like Walmart. Yes, the capsules they sell are big and cheap, but that is all. You get what you pay for.
